Please remind the Sec 3 girls to submit their Heritage Badge because it is compulsory for PNA points.

8/9/09 ----West Division Heritage Trail (8.30 am - 1.00 pm)
12/9/09---- Zhenghua Sec GG Campfire (6.30 pm)
19/9/09 --- Centenary Launch Party at Eden Hall (British High Commission's residence),
10.30 am to 12.15 pm (2 guides, Angelia & Karen)

GIRLS,
We'll have a short meeting, 2.30 to 4.30 on Aug 21.
No Fources, OK?
Sec 1s and 3s only.
Sec 2 to prepare for Common Test.
1. Quiz on Healthy Lifestyle
Let's do this before the meeting, 2.00 to 2.15 pm.
The Sec 2s that have to take the quiz will have to stay to do it.
Or would rather do it immediately after school?
Pls decide and let me know.
Nadira, pls inform the other girls when you've decided on the time.
Angelia, pls help me conduct the quiz. (okays.)
2. Badge work
Pls help to remind the girls to submit their work on
the National Heritage Badge (Sec 3s)
and the Local History Badge (Sec 1-3)
CL and ACL lead by example.
Submit promptly, k? (ohmygod; okays.)
3. West Division Heritage Trail 2009
Pls see forwarded e-mail and attached file for things to note about the Heritage Trail.
Nadira, I think you better not join, since you'll be fasting then.
Pls advise if we should activate Alissa.
Angelia, can you work with the rest to prepare the things required?

4. Meeting on Aug 21 (2.30 - 4.30)
PLs TAKE NOTE, YOU ARE IN CHARGE !
I need to check again if we will still have the muster parade.
Will confirm by tuesday
Pls go through the 5-pt programme in detail with the Sec 1 Guides
We will focus the tests required for all the Sec 3s to get GOLD.
Other guides will do the same tests as you.
So pls check what are the tests to be done, then work with the others.
Particularly the PLs, on how the tests can be conducted.
Pls split up the work. Work with the PLs.
Pls ask all the Guides to bring their Handbook.
so that you can check if every Sec 3 Guides need to do all the same tests.
Beef up the initiatives, and put in some dates for what you would like to do.
You can play some simple games if there is time. ( confirm got time ) HAHA !
5. Collection of Cookie orders and money
Pls remind Guides to pass the money personally to me
or Miss Lee (!?) from Monday onwards.
Have you approach P and VPs about the cookies? ( TO NADIRA )
6. New Guider - Miss Shiau Chui
We have a new teacher Miss Lee! You'll see her on Friday.
I may not be able to attend Friday's meeting,
as I may have duties for the O Level English Oral exam.
Pls take care of her and introduce her to everyone.
* WAHHHHHHHH ! NEW TEACHER ! *winks*
